Job summary

Gather is seeking a Growth Lead to architect and own the go-to-market engine from scratch, defining how we attract, activate, and retain marketers who rely on automated customer insights and research.

You will deploy a growth motion across content, community, outbound, and PLG, working directly with founders to shape strategy and execution. Expect fast shipping and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in growth, GTM, or product marketing at a SaaS, AI, or martech startup.
• Proven success launching or scaling a product with private beta to paying customers.
• Strategic and scrappy; capable of building frameworks and hands-on execution.
• Deep product and user intuition around marketer and PLG workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build the growth motion end-to-end from experiments to scalable systems and GTM motions.
• Own GTM sprints across content, outbound, demand gen, partnerships, and PLG loops.
• Manage early customer programs including betas, onboarding, activation, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape conversion features, viral loops, integrations, and upsell.
• Define and own growth metrics with dashboards, reporting, and weekly experiments.
• Tell the Gather story through research-backed content and strategic distribution.
