Job summary

Vibehackers seeks a Senior Growth Engineer to own the end-to-end seller submission funnel, buyer search and discovery, and the experimentation infrastructure. You will write code, run fast tests, and use AI-driven flows to improve submission volume and search-to-bid conversion.

You will ship model-driven ranking and dealer reactivation models, collaborate cross-functionally, and report to the CEO with clear prioritization and trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Production-grade code shipping experience
• Ownership of growth funnels and metrics
• Strong data fluency with SQL/Python
• Experience building growth experiments and instrumentation
• Two-sided marketplace expertise is a plus
• Proactive communication and ownership

Responsibilities

• Own seller submission funnel end-to-end in code.
• Own search, discovery, and buyer conversion.
• Build and operate an experimentation harness.
• Monitor liquidity and balance; implement interventions.
• Ship model-driven ranking and reactivation solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Lifecycle, and Ops.
