Job summary

Tavus in San Francisco invites a Vibe Growth Marketer to rapidly prototype and ship AI-powered marketing workflows. You’ll be embedded in the growth team, leveraging AI, no-code platforms, and automation to drive personalization, targeting, and fast experiments across paid channels and lifecycle campaigns.

You’ll own MVP growth experiments, automate repetitive tasks, and build tools that accelerate the GTM team while collaborating with design, product, and data to scale successful methods.

Qualifications

• Must have growth marketing experience, preferably in developer-first or AI startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype and ship AI-powered marketing workflows.
• Build experiments on Tavus product for lifecycle and brand growth.
• Launch MVP growth experiments with tools like Retool, Zapier, n8n, Clay, Vercel.
• Automate repetitive tasks: QA, reporting, lead enrichment, handoffs.
• Connect APIs and LLMs into scalable marketing automation.
• Develop internal tools and playbooks to speed the GTM team.
• Collaborate with design, product, and data to scale successful approaches.
