Job summary

Alt Platform Inc is seeking a founding Growth Engineer to design and operate instrumented funnels across buyers and sellers. You’ll own the end-to-end submission flow, build scalable analytics, and partner with the founder and marketing leadership to drive a measurable north-star metric: unique submissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with strong backend (Python, Postgres, AWS) and frontend (React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript) chops.
• Track record of owning growth systems or product features from design to production.
• Fluency with growth tooling and analytics — experimentation and A/B frameworks, product analytics, attribution, and lifecycle platforms.
• Sharp instinct for funnels and instrumentation, turning messy data into trustworthy signal.

Responsibilities

• Own activation funnel end to end: rebuild, instrument, and run experiments to reduce drop-offs.
• Develop acquisition channels and scale effective ones across lifecycle, SEO/paid/mobile ads.
• Build data and attribution foundation: single source of truth for analytics and messaging stack.
• Create lifecycle infrastructure: instrumented push, in-app, email, and SMS pipelines.
• Balance marketplace dynamics by growing both bidders and buyers to strengthen the platform.
