Morgan Pinnacle Group is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer for a hybrid, Bay Area–based role. You will own the growth funnel from signup to conversion and work across frontend and backend to optimize activation and onboarding.

Bring 5–12 years as a full-stack engineer with PLG or growth product experience. You’ll run real A/B tests, ship data-driven changes, and push the company’s developer tools and AI workflows forward.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience as a full-stack engineer with growth responsibilities.
• Experience with growth or PLG products and developer-focused roles.
• Ownership of a conversion, activation, or funnel metric and proven impact.
• Strong track record of real A/B tests and learning from results.
• Comfort building end-to-end features with React/TypeScript/Next.js/Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth surfaces end to end: signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion.
• Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship changes that move key metrics.
• Build full-stack experiences from frontend to backend for developers.
• Treat conversion and activation as measurable outcomes you own and improve.
• Collaborate with data to form hypotheses, test quickly, and iterate.
