Job summary

Lightsprint in San Francisco is seeking a Growth Lead to own end-to-end growth, ship in code, and treat Lightsprint.ai as a product. You’ll design, build, measure, and iterate across landing pages, onboarding, and activation for a PLG SaaS.

You’ll work directly with the founders, run experiments, and build analytics and attribution to drive signups to paid. Strong React/TypeScript and AI tooling are a plus, with the ability to turn data into actionable growth moves.

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving growth at a PLG or developer-facing SaaS (early-stage)
• Proficient in React/TypeScript and modern CSS; able to ship production web work
• Experience with analytics, attribution tooling, and running clean experiments
• Full-stack marketing judgment: write headlines, design pages, build and read results

Responsibilities

• Own the funnel: measure and improve signups, onboarding, activation, and paid conversion.
• Ship growth experiments in code: landing pages, demos, referral loops, programmatic SEO, comparison pages.
• Build the marketing site as a product: lightsprint.ai performance and conversion infrastructure.
• Run lifecycle and PLG motions: onboarding emails, activation nudges, upgrade prompts.
• Make data the default: set up analytics and attribution to ground decisions in numbers.
