Fitnescity Health is hiring for Growth: Account Engagement Manager. The role is full time or internship with a remote office location. You will grow account happiness and engagement by deeply understanding our partner base and driving retention through data-driven campaigns.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Management and proven Growth/B2B experience, with strong writing skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams to unlock innovative growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or a Master’s Degree in Management.
• Growth / Marketing / Business to Business experience. You are good with numbers.
• You must be able to work in a competitive, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• You should be comfortable working with little supervision (training will be provided).
• You have excellent writing skills (this is a strict requirement).
• You are familiar with the fitness and wellness industry.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand our partner base and what drives retention among cohorts.
• Lead and refine partner cohort analysis.
• Work closely with Operations to understand current pain points and implement initiatives to increase engagement and growth.
• Lead partner engagement end to end (lead generation, outreach, and other content).
• Run campaigns and other growth initiatives end to end (activation, retention, loyalty): Identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results.
• Work with the team to unlock innovative, company-specific strategies for growth.
