Job summary

N26 is seeking an accomplished Senior Analytics Manager to steer analytics strategy for the Grow & Engage domain. You will lead a team of data analysts (up to 7) and guide analyses on engagement, subscriptions, and primary banking across a hybrid setup from Berlin or Barcelona.

Responsibilities include team leadership, complex analytics, and domain strategy, with focus on retention, monetization, and data-driven decision making. Come drive revenue and user value at a leading neobank.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading mid-size IC teams or mentoring frontline managers/leads.
• 7+ years as an IC in analytics/data science within tech or FinTech environments.
• Proven track record of driving revenue, retention, and executive-level product strategy through data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the analytics team across Engagement, Primary Banking, and Subscriptions.
• Drive retention, monetization, and subscription economics through advanced analyses.
• Set domain KPIs with senior leadership and build data foundations for self-serve analytics with LLMs.
