Bitpanda is seeking a Manager, Growth Analytics to build the core decision engine for the redesigned Growth organization. Your mandate is to establish trusted measurement, define clear customer economics, and deliver the high-impact analysis that dictates where the company invests.

With direct access to decision-makers, you will build an analytics capability that materially shapes our customer acquisition, retention, and commercial outcomes.

Qualificações

• Proven track record leading analytics that influence business decisions.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, experimentation, and measurement capabilities.
• Deep understanding of acquisition economics, cohorts, incrementality, and forecasting.
• Ability to distill insights from fragmented data and focus on impactful models.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration with Finance, Data, Product and channel owners.

Responsabilidades

• Set the Growth measurement strategy and operating model, establishing definitions for CAC, payback, LTV, cohort performance, and incrementality.
• Lead forecasting, performance reviews, and decision-grade analysis to drive capital-allocation choices.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of analytics engineers and senior analysts.
• Partner with Finance, Data, Product, and channel leaders to establish source-of-truth reporting and automate data workflows.
• Elevate the quality of experimentation and make insights widely accessible across the organization.
