The Associate Director, Growth Operations at Essen Health care leads growth initiatives for CMS programs and GUIDE program, coordinating inside sales and external partnerships to enroll high-need patients in care services.

You will redesign the patient sales funnel, coach a sales team, collaborate with Marketing, and establish strategic partnerships with providers and community-based organizations to expand patient access while ensuring compliant conversations and a superb patient experience.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher degree required.
• 7+ years in consulting/growth/sales roles; healthcare/social work experience
• Experience leading front-line sales, enrollment, care management, or outreach teams
• Experience with both B2B and B2C sales/account management
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and health insurance terminology

Responsabilités

• Manage an inside sales team to drive productivity and targets.
• Redesign the patient sales funnel and implement sales playbooks.
• Conduct weekly call reviews for coaching and improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine collateral and distribution strategies.
• Meet with providers and CBOs to establish partnerships for growth and referrals.
• Design and conduct trainings for partner organizations to encourage referrals.
• Research comparable organizations to inform strategy and pitch.
• Collaborate across Essen ecosystem to better serve common patients and improve uptake.
• Ensure conversations comply with rules of the road.
