Essen Health care, a division within Intention Healthcare, seeks an Associate Director, Growth Operations to drive internal expansion and external partnerships for CMS programs. You will lead an inside sales team, educate staff and patients, and collaborate with providers to expand access and enrollment.

You will guide sales playbooks, refine collateral, and ensure compliant, effective outreach to diverse, underserved populations across New York.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher.
• 3+ years in health care and/or social work; 7+ years in consulting/growth/sales.
• Experience leading front-line sales, enrollment, care management, or outreach teams.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C sales / account management.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and health insurance terminology.

Responsabilités

• Lead an inside sales team to hit productivity and conversion targets.
• Redesign the patient sales funnel and develop sales playbooks.
• Conduct weekly call reviews for coaching and improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine collateral and distribution.
• Establish partnerships with providers and CBOs to drive growth.
• Deliver in-service trainings for partner organizations to boost referrals.
• Analyze competitors to inform strategy and pitches.
• Align with Essen ecosystem to improve patient experience and uptake.
• Ensure discussions comply with regulatory guidelines.
