Essen Healthcare is seeking an Associate Director, Growth Operations to manage and drive growth of innovative healthcare programs. You will lead an inside sales team, redesign patient sales funnels, and establish partnerships for enhanced patient access.

With a strong background in healthcare, sales management, and communication, the ideal candidate will ensure productivity targets are met while delivering compassionate care to underserved populations.

The salary ranges between $75,000 to $85,000 with an OTE bonus potential of 65% of the base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in health care or social work, 7+ years in consulting/growth/sales roles.
• Experience managing front-line sales, enrollment, care management, or outreach teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for developing performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inside sales team for productivity and conversion targets.
• Redesign the patient sales funnel and develop sales playbooks.
• Conduct weekly team call reviews for continuous coaching.
