Essen Health Care, a leading multispecialty medical group, seeks a Sales and Account Operations Assistant to support sales, account management, and growth operations. Based in the Bronx, NY, you will maintain contracts, commissions, documents, and client-facing materials across the Growth organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, account administration, executive assistance, or related role.
• Experience supporting sales teams and managing sales/account processes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and account management processes from lead through contract execution.
• Support contracting workflows, including preparation, review coordination, execution, and filing.
• Track sales documentation and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Assist with processing and tracking commissions and related reporting.
• Maintain and update Salesforce.com records and pipeline reporting, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
