Job summary

Beghou is seeking a senior Launch Consultant to help biopharma clients prepare for launch. You will analyze challenges, draft recommendations, and translate high-level vision into executable strategy.

You’ll lead smaller workstreams, engage executive stakeholders, and deliver clear communications while applying analytical rigor and strong collaboration. This role offers a hybrid work model and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in biopharma or life sciences, with launch readiness experience preferred.
• Strong business analysis skills: break complex problems into parts, use data to derive insight.
• Excellent stakeholder management; comfortable with executive-level clients and alignment facilitation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client vision, objectives, and launch requirements.
• Conduct business analysis: identify readiness gaps, collect data, and perform market/competitive/operational assessments.
• Lead smaller workstreams: draft recommendations, roadmaps, and deliverables for leadership review.
• Engage with executive stakeholders, clarify goals, risks, and success metrics.
• Identify misalignment across client functions; convene stakeholders or escalate as needed.
