Beghou Consulting is seeking a senior-level Launch Consultant to join our team in supporting large biopharma clients preparing for launch. You’ll participate in all phases of launch engagements, turning high-level vision into executable strategy.

You’ll analyze challenges, draft recommendations, support alignment across functions, and communicate a clear path forward to executive stakeholders. A focus on data-driven decision making, collaboration, and a growth mindset complements Beghou’s values

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in biopharma or life sciences; launch readiness experience preferred.
• Experience supporting launch strategy/planning for large pharma clients.
• Strong business analysis skills to break down complex problems.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executives and teams.
• Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants to align on client vision and launch requirements.
• Conduct business analyses: identify readiness gaps and synthesize data.
• Lead smaller workstreams and draft roadmaps for leadership review.
• Engage executive stakeholders to clarify goals, risks, and metrics.
• Identify misalignment and coordinate stakeholders for resolution.
• Build trusted client relationships across functions.
• Translate vision into timelines, priorities, dependencies, and resources.
• Draft and deliver high-quality presentations and reports.
