Job summary

Luna Wireless, a leading T-Mobile Premium Retailer in the US, is seeking a Retail Store Manager ready to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. You will own all store operations, from hiring and scheduling to training, marketing, loss prevention, and asset protection, while building a high-performing team committed to exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of retail management, enjoy coaching others, and are passionate about technology.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales.
• 2-4 years of sales & sales management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Observe store employees’ customer interactions to guide training.
• Assist with customer issues to improve the T-Mobile experience.
• Own store success, manage staffing, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and implement new store programs.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized store environment.
• Hire motivated staff passionate about the T-Mobile brand.
• Support development, mentoring, and recognition to drive success.
• Lead by example and stay current on products and leadership best practices.
• Foster an inclusive team culture.
• Ensure monthly KPIs and store goals are met.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for the store.
