Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Sanford, NC, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead by example and drive sales, service, and store operations. You will hire, train, schedule, coach, and motivate a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achievement of store goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing staffing, scheduling, inventory, loss prevention, marketing initiatives, and daily performance metrics, while maintaining a clean, welcoming store

Formación

• Strong communication skills across teams and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting and scheduling.
• Experience managing a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to run store operations, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Customer service excellence and relationship building.

Responsabilidades

• Complete observations of store employees’ interactions with customers and provide feedback for development and coaching.
• Assist with customer-related issues to positively impact the customer’s experience.
• Own store success including staffing, scheduling, marketing, loss prevention and all store functions.
• Support operational excellence by monitoring sales, inventory, and store programs.
