Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, in Brandon, FL, seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead by example, drive performance, and empower the team to deliver outstanding service while building strong customer relationships.

You will oversee all store operations including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, inventory, loss prevention, and daily service standards, striving to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales.
• 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations and guide a sales team.
• Recruit, schedule, train, and develop staff.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Drive store performance to meet/exceed goals.
• Maintain neat, organized store environment.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships and develop the team.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve service.
