Job summary

Luna Wireless in the US seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead by example, hire and develop a high-energy team, and drive world-class customer experiences in a fast-paced T-Mobile environment.

You will oversee all store operations, staffing, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention and daily performance while delivering strong sales results and exceptional service. Prior wireless retail management experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Required)
• 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Required)
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Complete observations of store employees’ interactions with customers, including feedback, to be used in development and coaching conversations.
• Assist with customer-related issues that would positively impact the customer’s experience within the T-Mobile brand and expectations.
• Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls and loss prevention.
• Support operational excellence by observing every store function, monitoring sales and inventory, and implementing new store programs.
