Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Woodinville, WA to support the Store Manager in coaching a high‑performing team and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will drive sales initiatives, assist with operations, staffing, inventory, and training, and help customers choose solutions from AT&T while maintaining a fun, energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field, preferably in wireless retail
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual preferred
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications industry
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities
