Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in California to support the Store Manager in coaching a sales team and delivering top customer experiences with AT&T solutions.

You will lead daily operations, training, scheduling, and inventory while driving sales performance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Growth opportunities and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in customer-facing sales.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist in development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities each day.
