Job summary

Optus, Inc. in the United States seeks a Business Development Manager to drive sales of hosted communications products, acquire new customers, generate leads, and build strategic relationships. You will work toward new revenue growth and product line expansion, onboarding new clients and maintaining executive-level relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in new business development; 2-3 years in telecom or tech.

Responsibilities

• Entering project orders.
• Process RMA equipment returns for warranty advance replacements and/or credits.
• Assist with periodic inventories and cycle counting.
• Proficient in using Accounting Seed & Salesforce to accomplish duties.
• Follow all processes and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
