Job summary

Optus is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales of hosted communications products and acquire new customers. You will build relationships, generate leads, and consult with prospects throughout the sales process, with responsibilities including onboarding new customers and expanding strategic relationships.

Remote option available for candidates outside driving distance to the office. The role requires energy, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset to close revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• 5+ years of experience in new business development; 2–3 years in telecom or tech.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and drive.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Entering project orders.
• Process RMA equipment returns for warranty replacements/credits.
• Assist with periodic inventories and cycle counting.
• Proficient in using Accounting Seed & Salesforce to complete duties.
• Follow all processes and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
