Job summary

The Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a General Manager for Easy Money in Birmingham, AL. You will oversee daily operations, coach a team, and drive revenue growth while upholding compliance and delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Physical demands include standing up to 90% of the time; able to move up to 25 pounds; able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop all team members to grow business and increase store growth.
• Lead local marketing strategies, partnerships, and community events to drive growth and revenue.
• Oversee loan/pawn applications, transactions, and risk within set limits.
• Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and regulations; participate in audits and compliance reviews.
• Supervise cash management and loss prevention; train staff in keyholder duties.
• Develop work schedules in line with budget and store needs; ensure full-time coverage.
