Job summary

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training
• Required: Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Desired: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom service levels and execute customer service programs.
• Help staff the retail counter during peak hours and coaching team members.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure all transactions, returns, and shipments are processed accurately and timely.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and maintain store security.
