Qualifications

• Must have completed Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels at the showroom, ensuring team executes service programs.
• Collaborate with the store manager to staff the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in coaching team members and managing training progress.
• Help in interview scheduling and candidate evaluation for new hires.
• Ensure phone inquiries follow company policy and respond to shipments.
