Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in retail.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to store Associates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow through to completion.
• Maintain high quality of customer service.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations under the Store Manager's direction to ensure company standards are met.
• Analyze store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall performance.
• Schedule Associates to meet business objectives and ensure coverage.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations and company policies.
• Facilitate monthly safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment.
• Supervise and coach Associates in customer service, sales, and merchandising tasks.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards and overall brand image.
• Assist with inventory processes and loss prevention initiatives.
