Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking an experienced Store Manager for one of our locations. You will supervise all store operations, lead a team, and ensure adherence to company standards while delivering a great customer experience.

You will analyze store reports, coach leaders, and maintain risk controls while upholding Ross values of diversity and service. The role requires evenings and weekend availability, strong math, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to drive results.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Must demonstrate the ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, give direction and follow through to completion.
• Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment.
• Maintain high quality of Customer service.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Analyze store reports to assess performance and expenses.
• Coordinate scheduling of associates to meet objectives.
• Recruit, train, and develop non-exempt associates.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and supervision at registers.
