Job summary

ReadyRx seeks a hands-on social media and community leader to own the voice across our channels and scale affiliate/creator partnerships. You will publish content, engage with fans, and build relationships with ambassadors while collaborating with the growth team to drive acquisition.

You will oversee content, community management, and creator partnerships, shaping strategies as the function grows and working from our Los Angeles office five days a week.

Qualifications

• Four to eight years in social media, community management, and creator/affiliate partnerships
• Proven track record growing engaged audiences, sourcing and closing creator/affiliate deals
• Highly organized with calendar, queue, and outbound pipeline management

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across every ReadyRx channel and maintain on-brand voice
• Build and nurture an engaged ReadyRx community across owned and third-party spaces
• Source and manage affiliate/creator partnerships, negotiate deals, and translate content into paid ads
