Influship is seeking a Growth Specialist who lives and breathes the social media ecosystem. This fully remote role focuses on hunting for creators with viral DNA, onboarding them with our data tools, and managing relationships with surgical precision.

You will work with our algorithms daily to identify growth opportunities, scale partnerships, and ensure creator content aligns with company objectives. The role requires 24/7 availability, Web3 literacy, and collaboration with a global team.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify creators before they go viral.
• Strong analytical and dashboard literacy.
• Willingness to be on-call 7 days a week.
• Familiarity with creator CRM platforms preferred.
• Comfort with a fully remote, global team.

Responsibilities

• Scout TikTok, Instagram and YouTube to identify high-velocity creators.
• Validate metrics with our in-house algorithms to spot growth trends.
• Execute personalized, high-conversion outreach and negotiate deals.
• Build and nurture long-term creator relationships.
• Analyze ROI with data tools to decide which partnerships to scale or sunset.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align creator content with company goals.
