Pure, a fast-growing marketplace for tangible assets, is seeking a Social Media & Content Lead to own organic presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, Reddit, and Discord from our Los Angeles office.

You will be the first dedicated social hire, shaping platform mix, formats, and testing cadence while driving signups and trades through measurable content, creator partnerships, and FTC-compliant disclosures.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years running social for a brand
• Own the strategy beyond posting: platform mix, formats, testing cadence
• Read dashboards and adjust course based on data
• Ship content quickly, even with minimal polish
• Be meticulous with facts and disclosures
• Ability to self-edit and design when speed matters
• Comfortable in a small, in-person team writing the playbook

Aufgaben

• Own the channel strategy and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, Reddit, and Discord
• Set the creative direction for Pure's social presence
• Run a steady testing program across hooks, formats, and series with clear metrics
• Build measurement tying views to signups and first orders
• Produce content directly or guide creators; ensure FTC disclosures are correct
• Develop and manage creator partnerships for sponsorships and UGC
• Engage with coin and precious-metals communities on Reddit and Discord
• Spot moments (e.g., US Mint releases) and publish content the same day
• Work within compliance rails; avoid investment advice or price predictions
