Qualifications

• University/college degree required with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Certifications often desired; in lieu of a degree, a combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• No required certifications or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant goals; typically works with clients with basic risk/complexity and higher supervision.
• Acquire/expand/retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet; manage origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products/services.
• Manage risk/return and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Provide ideas and insights based on client needs and financial well-being; increase client engagement and loyalty.
• Build an effective network to acquire/expand clients and present the full range of PNC products; leverage reporting and sales tools to convert opportunities.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk per internal policies.
