Cyprus Credit Union is seeking a Business Banking Officer to develop and deepen small business relationships across our footprint. The role emphasizes outside sales, active engagement with local businesses, and expanding deposit, treasury, and lending activities.

The candidate will educate members on business banking solutions, coordinate with branches, and drive cross-selling while supporting community-focused initiatives.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; preferred college degree in Finance/Business.
• Strong numerical and administrative capabilities; knowledge of business services.
• Familiarity with basic loan documentation and treasury concepts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and source new business members through visits, calls, and emails.
• Maintain regular contact with business members and respond to requests.
• Recommend packages of products and services to meet member needs.
• Educate members on lending, deposits, and cash management solutions.
• Coordinate with branches to deliver efficient service and support.
• Prepare documentation for member signatures and follow up on referrals.
• Build centers of influence and networks to create additional referrals.
