Apex Service Partners, LLC seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead its HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations in the Kokomo area. You will build high-performing teams, drive safety, efficiency, and profitability, and execute growth plans with market leadership.

You will mentor department leaders, supervise daily activities, manage budgets, monitor metrics, and ensure top-notch customer service. This hands-on role requires 5+ years of home-service leadership and a track record of scaling

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing home service operations and field teams
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and create accountability
• Strong operational and business acumen with experience driving performance and profitability
• Experience managing key business metrics and making data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving operational results
• Ability to influence, coach, and motivate employees at all levels of the organization

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and oversight for the daily operations of the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical business
• Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and frontline team members to drive accountability, engagement, and performance
• Work closely with the Market Area President and leadership team to support long-term market expansion plans
• Drive performance across key business metrics including revenue, profitability, productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee retention
• Support budgeting, cost management, workforce planning, and resource allocation efforts
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial results
• Foster a culture centered on safety, customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent development initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline
• Partner with department leaders to resolve operational challenges and remove barriers to success
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Serve as a key leader within the organization and help drive execution of the company's strategic objectives
