Qualifications

• Experience advising or writing, customer service, and/or dealership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Comfort with commission-based compensation and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction index higher than the manufacturer/branch averages.
• Ensure on-time completion of tasks and communicate delays to customers.
• Follow documenting standards on repair orders and customer information.
• Explain vehicle care and service options per manufacturer specifications.
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approvals for add-ons.
• Attend weekly meetings and collaborate professionally with staff.
• Uphold nondiscrimination and safety policies and maintain a neat appearance.
