Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Reynolds Ignite experience

• Ability to communicate suitably through email, phone, or in person
• A desire and drive to be successful with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and assist with service intake.
• Provide accurate estimates and communicate options and timing to customers.
• Maintain customer satisfaction indices higher than manufacturer or branch averages.
• Complete repair orders with legible documentation including customer information.
• Obtain properly documented approvals for Add-On sales when customers are not at the dealership.
