Job summary

ADP is hiring a Manager, Search Optimization to lead optimization across traditional SEO, AEO, and GEO, collaborating with Content, Web, Product Marketing, and Engineering. You will own end-to-end workstreams—from diagnosis to implementation—driving qualified demand and revenue growth in a fast-paced Growth Marketing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on AEO/SEO experience, ideally in a technical AEO/SEO environment, with a track record of measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of crawlability, indexation, rendering, site architecture, internal linking, canonicalization, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and on-page optimization.
• Experience with tools such as Profound, Writer, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, and enterprise analytics or reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical self-sufficiency: you can move from data to hypothesis, action, and business impact.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, plus the ability to partner with developers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize search optimization opportunities across technical SEO, content, architecture, internal linking and structured data.
• Build and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO roadmaps linked to traffic, leads, and revenue.
• Improve visibility across Google, AI Overviews, and emerging discovery experiences for AI agents.
• Conduct technical audits and translate findings into clear web engineering requirements.
• Use data to measure visibility, share of voice, and qualified demand.
• Collaborate with CRO, Web, Content, and Analytics to optimize high-intent landing pages.
• Identify scalable opportunities and drive implementation from requirements to QA.
• Establish scalable search optimization standards and playbooks for non-technical marketers.
• Stay ahead of changes in search and AI-driven experiences.
