PDS Health is seeking an SEO Marketing Manager to develop and manage the company's search visibility strategy — spanning traditional SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO) — across multiple national and localized websites. The role will work with cross-functional teams to drive organic traffic and AI-driven visibility, increase conversions and appointment volume.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic search visibility roadmaps across national and local websites.
• Own AI search visibility as a standing discipline and track citation sources.
• Implement data-driven SEO tactics aligned to business goals and conversions.
• Manage internal SEO team and external agencies to execute a cohesive strategy.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and present findings to leadership.
• Develop automated workflows for keyword research, SEO briefs, and content review.
• Maintain backlink and off-site authority signals and build digital authority.
• Oversee metatag and structured-data maintenance for AI retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AI visibility and category performance.
• Monitor analytics dashboards and provide actionable reports linking traffic to outcomes.
