PDS Health is seeking an SEO Marketing Manager to drive search visibility across national and local sites, including AI-driven ranking strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with developers, editors, and analysts to optimize content, data, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in SEO for national locations with AI-powered search experience.
• 2-3 years of management experience leading an SEO or digital marketing team.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to prioritize & drive outcomes through search visibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML & JSON sitemaps and AI-ready structured data.

Responsibilities

• Build roadmaps for SEO, AEO, and GEO across national/local websites.
• Own AI search visibility: entity strategy and schema markup for AI retrieval.
• Implement data-driven tactics aligned to business goals: growth, citations, and conversions.
• Manage internal SEO team and external agencies to execute strategy.
• Perform technical SEO audits and present findings to leadership.
• Develop automated keyword research and content review workflows.
