Qualifications

• Five or more years systematic sales experience required.
• Two or more years of sales management experience.
• Home remodeling and/or construction knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Green Bay office to maximize sales and profitability.
• Maximize conversion of leads to sales revenue.
• Manage performance issues and develop team members.
• Conduct market business development.
• Recruit and manage installation subcontractors.
