Job summary

MTM LLC in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Replacement Sales Manager to lead a field-based team delivering turnkey experiences for homeowners purchasing windows and doors.

You will coach, observe, and develop a high-performing team, spending more than 50% of time in the field, driving sales process execution and customer satisfaction. Competitive base salary with incentives and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience in consultative, in-home, or construction-based selling environments.
• Strong track record of coaching, motivating, and developing a high-performance sales team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and use of smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Replacement Sales Consultants to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct regular field ride-alongs to observe, coach, and reinforce the Replacement Sales Process.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing sales talent in collaboration with HR.
• Foster a customer-first culture and address escalated customer concerns promptly.
• Partner with marketing and lead generation to maximize campaign ROI and conversions.
