Job summary

Solomon Electric LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to own and grow our sales. You will meet customers on site, scope jobs, and present estimates for panels, EV chargers, generators, and rewiring projects.

You will follow up on leads from our website, reviews, and referrals, and build relationships with property managers, HOAs, builders, and contractors. You will manage your CRM pipeline, contribute to hiring and training sales staff, and help expand the team as our business grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling in the trades or home services (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, solar, roofing).
• Track record of closing high-ticket jobs.
• Willingness to learn electrical basics (no license needed).
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers on site, scope jobs, and present estimates (panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators, rewiring, lighting, commercial build-outs).
• Follow up on and close leads from our website, reviews, and referrals.
• Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, builders, and general contractors.
• Track your pipeline and closing rate in our CRM.
• Hand off sold jobs cleanly to our field team.
• Help hire and train salespeople as the team grows.
