Hotel Equities in Austin, TX is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue, occupancy, and market share through strategic relationships and proactive prospecting. You will lead client meetings, coordinate proposals, and collaborate with operations to meet guest and account needs.

The ideal candidate has hotel sales or hospitality experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred for management roles.
• Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Maintain relationships with current and prospective clients and local partners.
• Prospect for new business and follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Conduct sales calls, tours, and client meetings.
• Prepare proposals and sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity information.
• Represent the hotel at community events and networking opportunities.
• Respond promptly to client requests and resolve concerns with leadership.
• Monitor market conditions and competitive activity.
