Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• Experience in managing and cultivating a sales team.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience. 3+ years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinker with demonstrated business acumen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals to achieve company growth.
• Direct and oversee all sales efforts in the store.
• Train and mentor store associates in sales strategies.
• Monitor store metrics including sales statistics, inventory and expenses.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to enforce policies and goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage payroll and schedules.
• Maintain store security and partner with Asset Protection.
• Communicate inventory movement and drive inventory goals.
• Provide extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual.
