You will uphold company policies, communicate with the District Sales Manager, and represent the brand in appearance and service. Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet sales goals for the department and store.
• Direct and oversee all sales efforts in the store.
• Mentor and develop Sales Associates, Assistant Managers and Managers in Training.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Ensure proper security and internal controls; prevent shrink and fraud.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies, goals, and procedures.
