Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• Retail experience preferred in footwear/ad apparel.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a sales team.
• 3–5 years customer service; 3+ years management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve sales goals across departments.
• Manage assets and the designated store's operations.
• Direct sales efforts and mentor staff in sales strategies.
• Monitor sales statistics, inventory, and expenses to ensure profit.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Lead staff to complete responsibilities and standards.
• Mentor Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, and Trainers in Training.
• Recruit, hire, train, discipline, and evaluate employees; manage payroll and schedules.
• Maintain store security with Asset Protection to prevent theft.
• Communicate inventory movement and drive inventory goals and strategies.
• Implement marketing plans and stay aware of customer trends.
• Monitor competition and community events for opportunities.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the manual.
