Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a General Manager to lead our Durham, NC store to profitability and outstanding customer experience. You will align store operations with the brand vision, guide merchandising and product operations, and develop talent to deliver best-in-class service.

You will drive results through strategic forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, and coaching, while representing the brand and supporting community engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail with leadership experience.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Proven ability to forecast, plan, and drive KPIs.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Adept at budgeting, scheduling, and operational controls.
• Willingness to travel as required and adapt to a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve key performance indicators and profitability.
• Drive sales through forecasting, scheduling, and budget management.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and standards across all store operations.
