Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team and deliver a profitable business plan. You will translate brand vision into store-level execution, drive sales growth across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations and talent development, and coach teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will oversee results, scheduling, budgeting, and training, building a high-performing team while upholding brand standards and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and collaborate with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget for daily operations.
• Build and develop a productive team.
• Coach and provide feedback to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Lead SOP implementations and initiatives.
• Promote inclusive environment.
• Ensure omni-channel frictionless customer experience.
