Job summary

You will drive sales through service, product knowledge, and store processes, while opening/closing, managing staff, and ensuring brand standards. You’ll recruit, train, and develop team members, lead floorsets and visual displays, and analyze performance metrics to improve results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
