Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, and people leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive sales through insights, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee daily store operations. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, supervising sales floor and stockroom, staffing, training, visual merchandising, inventory control, and Omni Channel order fulfillment.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
